Child Immunisations – Baby Clinic

Baby Clinics are held every Tuesday morning with the Nurse at Primrose Bank only. Appointments are offered from the Practice.

Your child’s first appointment, approx 8 weeks, will consist of the 1st set of vaccinations administered by the Nurse followed by Dr Mashar conducting the 1st development check.  Your next appointment for the 2nd immunisations (at 3months old) can be made at this time, and like wise for the 3rd immunisations (at 4 months old) when attending for the 2nd set.

Children requiring their 1 year and Pre-School Booster (3.5 years old) immunisations will be contacted by telephone – so always ensure we have up to date contact telephone numbers.

If you have moved into the area and your child has already had some of the scheduled immunisations but not all, please bring your child’s book into surgery so we may copy and upload the immunisations already given and get them into the recall system for their next ones.

Please note we have baby changing facilities but we cannot dispose of soiled nappies.
